Ascent Capture Developer (ver 6.1).
Initial 9 week contract
Duties:
Review existing Scanning Configuration with Infrastructure Manager and recommend suggest changes where appropriate.
Consult with Electronic Records Document Management (eRDM) Business Analysts in order to understand business requirement for future developments.
Consult with eRDM IT support staff to understand infrastructure issues.
Identify and document support tasks for supporting scanning solution.
Develop and document necessary changes to scanning solution.
Documentation (as necessary) and skills transfer with members of the eRDM IT support Team.
Skills and Experience:
You must have an excellent understanding of technologies relevant to Ascent capture. You must be able to understand and resolve business issues.
You must also have previous experience in supporting and developing Ascent capture in an enterprise environment.
Technical Skills:
Ascent Capture Administration*Support – (Development of Batch and Document classes)
Ascent Capture Internet Server (ACIS)
Application programming (VB)
Database programming (SQL Server 2000; MS Access)
Systems Analysis
Knowledge:
IT Service Delivery

Experience:

Project Work
